Prior to founding Cedarsoft, Chris Shepherd spent 25 years in the IT Software and Service sector working for companies such as Computer Associates and Quest Software, focussing on pre-sales and delivery the Enterprise Systems Management tools  Unicenter and Foglight.

Chris has also spent 5 years as Head of Service Delivery for one of the UK's leading ISP and Managed Hosting Provider, ensuring service levels were met for corporate clients’ mission critical web infrastructures. Chris is accredited to ITIL Practitioner level.

With roles ranging from pre-sales, sales and service delivery, Chris has the depth and breadth of knowledge required from a commercial and technical perspective to deliver quality solutions to clients, and the service delivery knowledge to understand what the client’s drivers are internally.
